**Job purpose

As Soldo serves more customers in the mid-market and enterprise segments, our Services team has become critical to our success.

As the leader of Professional Services, you will be responsible for evolving our fledgling team and growing it into a best-in-class organization, by:


  • Defining the overall strategy of the services organization in line with company objectives
  • Defining the package and pricing of services offered
  • Defining the GTM and interactions with marketing and sales
  • Defining the customer engagement model and project delivery lifecycle
  • Growing and scaling the services team
**We're looking for someone who must have: - The experience of building a world-class team from the ground up and scale them to success

  • The ability to effectively manage the P&L of the Services team and deliver the expected target goals
  • The skills to own customer engagement to ensure successful project delivery, including, managing the customer relationship, providing project oversight and guiding the customer on their journey

**Key Attributes: - Are you a strategic thinker and can you package services like products?

  • Can you motivate, develop and lead distributed teams of 20+?
  • Do you have extensive experience maintaining productive relationships and alignment with other internal teams and stakeholders, especially sales and engineering?
  • Are you excellent in working with and influencing customers and partners?
  • Do you have at least 15 years of career experience in the software industry in professional services leadership roles?
  • Are you familiar with APIs, databases and system integrations?
  • Are you analytical and data centric? Do you know what metrics to track and how to move them?
  • Do you have knowledge of payment or financial systems?
