We are thrilled to extend an exciting opportunity to Management Graduates to join our upcoming academy as a Project Coordinator.

The role involves guiding and supporting our team to train medical students and graduates in preparing for their Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board (PLAB) test or United Kingdom Medical Licensing Exam (UKMLE).

The post holder will work with our dynamic team in Manchester, United Kingdom.


Duties:

• Assess academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address specific areas of improvement.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to them on their performance.
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts and tailor instruction to individual student needs

• Basic IT skills

• Management and leadership experience
• Must.

Experience:

• Management graduate.
• Previous experience in management and leadership.
• Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies.
• Knowledge of Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board exam/ United Kingdom Medical Licensing Exam.
