Overview Of Duties:


  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Full paperwork & IT conformance.
  • Potential to support with networking and lead generation.
  • Negotiating margins and fees.
  • Attending site and office meetings (as required).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience construction recruitment
  • Full driving licence / transport
  • Someone highly driven and selfmotivated.
  • Can communicate confidently, whilst building relationships and trust.
  • Team Player, able to listen and take on advice as well as feedback.
  • Great time management and organisation skills.
