Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor seeking a varied workload and a worklife balance?_

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a thriving independently run Asbestos company, who due to the acquisition of new contracts, are looking to add to their team.

You can expect to work on a whole hostof projects in the residential, commercial, industrial and agriculture sectors across the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk areas.

To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you possess:

BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience
Full UK driving license
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in using handheld data collectors
Knowledge of TEAMS (or similar) software
Proven experience in carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys across residential and commercial buildings
Sound knowledge of

HSG:
264 guidelines

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be required to conduct thorough, UKAS accredited and HSG guided Asbestos Management and R&D Surveys, submitting relevant reports as of when required.

On offer is a negotiable basic salary of up to £35,000, along with a full benefits package which includes a company vehicle, fuel card, pension scheme, attractive overtime rates and options, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, and more
