Retail Marketing Executive

Highly successful National retailer now requires a Retail Marketing Executive to work in their busy Marketing Department at Head Office in the Watford area.

With flexible working available, as Retail Marketing Executive you will assist the Retail MarketingManager in delivering marketing and promotional activity to their stores across the UK to drive sales.

This will include, promotional campaigns with POS, publications and small and large format print.

You will be responsible for enriching and executing brands in store, upholding the company's brand by maximising the impact of in-store POS marketing and publications whilst working closely with the marketing team to ensure the consistency of their brandacross all marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage specified POS and publications projects through the endtoend process to deliver the content strategy, and business objectives.
Planning of POS work with suppliers and the internal Design team.
Manage the print budget for each campaign period and any adhoc requirements.
Produce guidelines for retail for store communication and to ensure the correct implementation and compliance for each campaign.
Liaising with stores and Retail Ops to ensure they have all the elements required to deliver the marketing campaigns.
Work with internal and external designers to create POS content. Support the planning and production process and lead the development, delivery and implementation of all POS material.
Manage a Post Launch Review process for each campaign and monitor the performance of each campaign in weekly reports.
Responsible for the planning and execution of audio systems including store voice overs, and playlist updates in accordance with the marketing strategy and promotional campaigns.
Manage store merchandising supplies, and gift cards including managing storage, stock levels and requests from stores to reordering and improving processes.
Work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager, as a main support on key initiatives, branch openings and concept development.
Support the Events Coordinator to create engaging events and stay ahead of the competition.
