Job Overview:
This role is flexible offering between 20-30 hours Monday to Friday with the option of having school holidays off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage accounts including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment reminders.
- Process payments and set up direct debits as necessary.
- Handle VoIP billing and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
HR Assistance:
- Facilitate employee inductions and onboarding, including creating processes for payroll setup, badge issuance, pension enrolment, and user account creation.
Sales Support:
- Conduct data cleansing activities to ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Generate quotes and assist in the preparation of sales proposals.
- Prepare welcome packs for new customers and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in managing customer contracts, renewals, and invoicing processes.
- Handle post and deliveries related to sales activities.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in coordinating marketing postals and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
