Job Overview:
This role is flexible offering between 20-30 hours Monday to Friday with the option of having school holidays off.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage accounts including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment reminders.
  • Process payments and set up direct debits as necessary.
  • Handle VoIP billing and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

HR Assistance:

  • Facilitate employee inductions and onboarding, including creating processes for payroll setup, badge issuance, pension enrolment, and user account creation.

Sales Support:

  • Conduct data cleansing activities to ensure CRM data accuracy.
  • Generate quotes and assist in the preparation of sales proposals.
  • Prepare welcome packs for new customers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in managing customer contracts, renewals, and invoicing processes.
  • Handle post and deliveries related to sales activities.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Assist in coordinating marketing postals and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives as needed.

£12.00 per hour
