Employee Engagement Co-Ordinator
Based in Whiteley, 30 hours and temporary but likely to go permanent.
To collaborate with the Communications function and key business stakeholders to coordinate the release of internal communications materials, managing the processes and maintaining the contact databases required to do so.
Ensure the main intranet home pages are up to date and promoting content that is in line with communications and business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- To collaboratively and proactively manage the processes used by the organisations communication team to produce planned and ad hoc internal communications materials.
- Ensure required reports (regular and ad hoc) are produced as required, refining and improving where possible along with summary narratives.
- Influence accountable communications managers' adherence to agreed communications processes, criteria and standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change in line with reporting analysis.
- Contribute to the success of the Communication and Engagement team, providing support as business needs arise and contributing to team planning and thinking
- Experience of successfully delivering a portfolio of work on time and to an agreed set of criteria
- Experience of successfully managing the maintenance of contact databases
- Highly developed eye for detail
- High level of responsiveness, ability to make decisions and work autonomously to agreed timelines
