Are you currently working in Recruitment within the Industrial Temp sector? This is an exciting time to join a small independent agency which is growing at an amazing rate.

As a
Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant or proven BDM(as they have the resources to fill the roles) doing pure sales, you will be covering the
COVENTRY and surrounding areato gain new business and maximise all opportunities to supply temporary labour to local clients
.

As a
Senior Consultant/BDM you will demonstrate a strong desire to add new business to the existing database, with a outgoing personality to have confidence in meeting clients face to face and building essential client relationships.

Youwill already have all the knowledge and process understanding within the sector to hit the ground running from day one.

Salary on offer is up to £30k plus bonus - no threshold and 10% on all billings plus benefits.
