**IT Account Manager
Cheadle Hulme (Microsoft Partner)
£30,000-£40,000 DOE**One of my best clients who are a Cheadle Hulme based Microsoft Partner, are now on the lookout for a new IT Account Manager to join their team to nurture and develop their existing customer base.


In this role, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients from day one, ensuring customers are engaged and satisfied with the service.

You will be required to recommend additional services and products as applicable to help your clients operatesuccessfully.

Responsibilities:


  • Build excellent rapport with existing customer base
  • Handle inbound client queries and requests
  • Liaising with other departments and 3rd parties
  • Selling additional packages when appropriate
  • Arranging service reviews with clients
