Are you a motivated individual seeking an exciting opportunity in Property? Join us at British Homesellers in our St Albans office and take on the role of a Customer Service Associate.


Your Role:

You will be helping our customers sell their homes by:

  • Managing the onboarding of their property; performing ID checks, booking photographers & writing listings.
  • Reacting to viewing request, vetting viewings & booking them with our client.
  • Follow up viewings to obtain viewing feedback to feed to the client to property manager.

Requirements:


  • Handling large volumes of calls (inbound and outbound) from customers, offering a seamless service promoting all services.
  • Able to build effective relationships with customers over a period of time. You'll need to have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Monday to Friday, with 12 Saturday shifts a month (day off in week in lieu)

Benefits:


  • Competitive compensation: £20,000 £25,000 Basic, with a realistic £27,000 £32,000+ OTE.

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
