Purpose of Position


As our International Training Specialist you will provide blended learning on International products and services to all international operations and International Customer service employees.

Support the Senior training specialist by assessing training needs across the International remit. Coordinate and facilitate international awareness for any DPD UK employees as required.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify, coordinate & deliver learning and development initiatives within a professional environment to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support International Managers in new starter inductions and any other required training, including product and services, systems, and processes
  • Analysis, design and develop training material in line with DPD Group guidelines using Rise and Adobe cloud suite
  • Plan, maintain, and develop existing learning material to improve the International experience, whilst administering effective learning programs
  • Plan strategic meetings with key stakeholders within the business, including members of the International Management Team to assess international awareness and training needs
  • Review feedback and participant evaluations. Identify opportunities to improve the International training experience. Communicate results and recommendations to management and stakeholders
  • Report and propose new and innovative learning ideas
  • Promote a learning culture of continuous learning and development across all functions of the organisation

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Be able to produce highquality learning material using a number of different systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly on both written and verbal levels to a wide range of stakeholders in a training environment
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of DPD systems and processes
  • Have a flexible approach to additional duties and a positive approach to change
  • Have access to transport, as there will be travel required to deliver facetoface sessions.
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.
  • Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability.

Additional Information

Job Specifics
This role will be predominantly based in Oldbury, although travel to our International Gateway in Hinckley will be required.
