Pensions Administration Team Leader - London or Remote

London / Hybrid / Remote - £42-48K.


A growing Award-Winning Pensions Consultancy who offer extensive training and support are looking to grow their DB Pensions Team with the recruitment of a Team Leader.

The company have ambitious growth plans for 2023 and are looking to recruit similarlyambitious individuals who want to be part of it.

They have worked hard as a company to ensure they have the right structure, office culture and development plans in place to offer the best possible environment.

This key role will manage, mentor, encourage and develop the team helping them achieve their full potential. You will also provide complex technical assistance when required and assist the client relationship management team.

As a company they are looking to recruit strong team players who enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

You will need to display strong DB pensions administration knowledge including calculations work, have previous supervisory experience and exposureto pensions legislation.

The company can offer the role as an office-based position, hybrid or fully remote.
