Description

We are looking for a pro-active database and information officer to join our skilled, friendly and enthusiastic Data team at Newcastle Hospitals Charity.

You will work to lead in the development of the Beacon database, delivering improvements to processes and providing business intelligence to fundraising and operational teams whilst maximising the efficiency and use of the database across the organisation.

Interview Date: 2 August 202- 37 Hours 30 Minutes/Week

  • To lead in the management and development of the Charity's CRM and its supporting systems.
  • Ensure that Charity policy regarding Data Protection and Information Governance is adhered to.
  • To assist in the, collection, storage, and updating of charity constituent information and the development of data collection processes
  • To lead in the retrieval and analysis of data from a variety of data sources to support fundraising and supporter engagement.
  • To ensure all data to be populated into CRM system is accurate and complete
  • To be responsible for producing reports as required and support analytical work of the Charity.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification / experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills able to communicate accurately and effectively across a multidisciplinary team (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills including database systems, office software and online platforms.
  • Able to problem solve and use own initiative.
  • Experience in working with databases.
  • Previous experience of data entry / data management.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel and Word).
  • Ability to collate, analyse and present accurate data.
  • Able to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable
