Description

This is a Temporary Contract.

How you'll make an impact:

You will be Responsible for supplier creation, Modification, collecting documents, google forms, RMT, KD prevent and liaising with Buyer and other stakeholders as required

Producing spend reports to analyze and identify spend and proactively searching for new opportunities

Dealing with quote requests and other pricing proposals


Deal with Invoice queries and communicate with internal and external suppliers to follow the P2P process and resolve the payment queries.

Transmitting information or documents to the Buyer and team

Filing and retrieving company documents and contracts in correct drives


Dealing with internal and external queries and requesting information from PL teams and suppliers Performing general office duties as part of the team.

Working along with a tactical team to ensure smooth running of procurement functions

Supporting country buyers on other ongoing projects within the business

The above duties may involve having access to information of a confidential nature and confidentiality must be maintained at all times


We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous administration experience and knowledge of procurement processes

Good standard of numeracy or literacy

Good communication skills, soft skills and a person with a positive attitude

Problem solving skills

£23-25k per annum dependent on experience
