Our client is now looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their busy team in Bedford This is a hybrid working role, but you may be required to go into the office when requested.

About The Role:


You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.


Salary:
£32,000-38,000 DOE


Internal Recruiter Duties:


  • Build relationships with hiring managers to identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions
  • Create and place job adverts to attract applicants
  • Build and manage relationships with their preferred suppliers list ensuring that they partner where needed to support on recruitment needs
  • Assist with identifying suitable sources of high value people for the business functions, such as universities and colleges, to build a pipeline of people with the right level of skills and experience, ensuring that they are able to support the businessgrowth and that they have great people in every position.
  • Manage all administration within their Application Tracking System (ATS) and careers site
  • Support with inductions and right to work checks
  • Support with inductions and onboarding

Internal Recruiter Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (from either Inhouse recruitment or agency recruitment)
  • Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations
  • Solid knowledge and experience of using and managing an applicant tracking system
  • Familiarity with headhunting and Boolean searching resume databases
  • Sound knowledge of relevant HR legislation and hiring processes
  • Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
