Hours: 07:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Thursday)

Your role:

As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Hand Assembly Operator to join our Manufacturing team at our Burntisland site.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be responsible for safely and accurately manufacture pallets/wood products in a timely manner, using the tools and equipment provided ensuring that you work at your optimum level to maximise your output and quality of the products as laid down in the works order and pallet design specification detailed by the customer.

You will be responsible for working effectively to ensure that set ups are efficient and a continuous high level of output is maintained during each shift.

You will implement all necessary checks and measures during the manufacturing process, improve efficiencies and drive out waste. This role involves working as part of a dynamic team to support team activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key part in the team to undertake all tasks that are delegated to you by the Production Supervisors and Managers on site and always adhere to our Health and Safety Procedures and Policies to maintain the required high safety standards, which includes wearing your Personal Protective Equipment when stipulated.

As a Hand Assembly Operator, you will work effectively with others, have excellent time keeping and attendance record and demonstrate a high level of Health and Safety awareness.

A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail are key to success.
