15 Month Apprenticeship
Here at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, we are launching a fantastic Apprenticeship scheme and are looking for six Apprentice Customer Contact Agents to join us


About you


Some exposure to a customer service environment would be advantageous, as would some knowledge of Google Suite, however these are by no means essential.

The role is for 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:4- 16:45 or 09:30 - 17:30 (10:00 - 18:00, March - August), rotated each week.

This includes a 1 hour unpaid lunch break and 2 x 15 minute breaks.


Ideally, you will be able to work effectively from both home and our East Grinstead office location as required, although the majority of the working time will be office based.

We are looking at a start date of 8th July 2024.

Due to the training programme should you be successful at the interview stage, we would request that you do not book annual leave during your first 6 weeks of employment.
