We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team. Basic salary of £17,500 per year plus commission plus bonuses.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:

The main purpose of the role is to generate, book and conduct property viewings and property valuations, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress them though to exchange and completion.

You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor and obtain referrals to the conveyancing law firms we work with.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator:

  • Preferably an experienced salesperson
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Salary:
£17,500.00 per year
