JUNIOR PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Assist in the setup and execution of paid media campaigns, including programmatic advertising, display advertising and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and help implement optimization strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
- Proofread all content and ensure all materials are delivered prior to campaign setup.
Ad Creative Support:
- Collaborate with the creative team to assist in the development and deployment of ad creatives for different paid media channels.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in the analysis of campaign performance data, extracting insights to support decisionmaking.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on key performance metrics for review by the paid media team.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
- Support the execution of audience targeting strategies, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute insights on customer personas for improved targeting.
Budget Monitoring:
- Assist in monitoring campaign budgets and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Participate in budget optimization discussions based on campaign performance.
Learning and Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in paid media.
- Engage in ongoing training opportunities to build a solid foundation in paid media strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Paid Media Specialists to ensure seamless collaboration across campaigns.
- Communicate effectively within the team, sharing updates and insights on campaign progress.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and a keen interest in paid media.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Passion for pop culture and familiarity with Funko products is a plus.
