Are you a Sales Administrator looking for a brand-new opportunity in a forward thinking, rapidly growing business?

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client, a recycling firm, based in Birmingham/Solihull.


You will need to be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, being collaborative within a team and able to work independently.

About the role:

  • Your role will be to support sales leaders to drive sales and develop a diverse customer base for businesses range of scrap & recycled plastics, sourced from the regional and global operations
  • Working with the sales leaders and business development teams, communicating with them daily on offers and potential opportunities. This role can be used as a steppingstone into a sales career or if you're a seasoned sales administrator that can hit the ground from day one, there are opportunities for both
  • You'll be raising orders for suppliers and providing admin support to the sales team
  • Taking calls from customers and making sure they are dealt with swiftly and efficiently ensuring that the correct information is provided. You won't be afraid to call customers and schedule meetings with our sales team
  • You'll support the upkeep of our CRM system, making sure it's uptodate and accurate
  • You'll be mainly officebased, but you'll also need to be prepared to go out into the field occasionally including travelling in Europe to meet new and existing customers

About you:

  • Must speak Spanish or Italian
  • German/Dutch/French would also be advantageous
  • You'll need experience from a sales administrative role previously
  • You must know your way around a computer, worked with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Packages
  • You need to be a team player, be highly organised, come with strong communication skills and be used to working in a fastpaced environment with the ability to prioritise given tasks
  • Able to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
