Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced clerical administrator to join our Physiotherapy Team.We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual with good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
You will provide vital administrative support for the Physiotherapists and the Physiotherapy Management Team.
The post holder should be proficient with computer systems and have RSA III (or equivalent) word processing with a minimum of three years recent office experience.
The post holder will be tasked with:
- processing of referrals,
- producing word and excel documents,
- ordering stock and
- Producing activity reports.
The post-holder will work flexibly with other clerical physiotherapy colleagues across Swansea Bay University Health-board in the overall provision of administrative support to the Physiotherapy Service.
The post holder will be directly responsible to the Administration Manager and will work in close liaison with the Physiotherapists in the team.
