We are recruiting for a
Payroll Coordinator to join us on a
12 month fixed term contract as part of our growing People team.

This is a full-time, hybrid role where you can split your week between working from our central support office in
Cheltenham, and working from home.


About the role


This is a key position where you will administer our monthly payroll operation, ensuring that each stage of the payroll process is actioned accurately.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop new, and existing, administrative processes and tools to ensure streamlined, consistent and centralised administration procedures across the department.

Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract.


About you

  • Proven experience in a payrollfocused role (it's an added bonus if you've previously used ADP)
  • Thorough understanding of payroll, HR administration processes, and employee lifecycle, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience of a multisite colleague base
  • Experience of implementing, or some level of exposure to, new system implementation
