The main purpose of this role will be to source and supply appropriately trained and skilled labour across all our clients, both internal and external.

We provide labour on a variety of day/night/weekend shifts, 7 days a week, 365 days per a year.

With this in mind, this role being offered is working 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) with our core office hours being Please note that you will also be required to take a turn manning the out of hours mobile to provide support as and when necessary this does include evenings and weekends.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all labour allocations have been done in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Liaising daily with fellow Allocators and the Agency Manager and customers (internal and external) regarding manning requirements.
• Using our database to accurately book and record all assignments and communication
• Processing and generating timesheets
• Liaising with the Recruitment Team regarding the business staffing needs and shortages
• Liaising with external agencies where necessary

Strong IT skills, including experience of Outlook and database entry are essential. Additional qualifications in administration, IT and/or sales would be desirable.
