We are now looking for a motivated and organised Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to help support the continued growth of Gough and Kelly, by ensuring scheduling and compliance of all planned preventative maintenances of all systems across a large customer base, and to assist the service department in delivering exceptional performance.

This vacancy is a full-time, permanent position, which consists of 40 hours per week, and offers the following

Main duties:


  • To plan and organise routine preventative maintenance visits to meet schedules and SLAs
  • To maximise productivity of engineers by ensuring the best optimal routes are planned
  • To generate monthly maintenance jobs
  • To close and invoice completed maintenance jobs
  • To ensure further actions from maintenances are dealt with first thing the following day
  • To answer and handle internal and external phone calls
  • To ensure engineers have the equipment required in their van stock by analysing equipment used on maintenances
  • To monitor quote requests from maintenances and quote any small works required
  • To check, edit and send completed engineer job sheets
  • To issue new contacts and deal with any maintenance contract queries
  • To collate information for audits ensuring compliance is met
  • To analyse and manipulate data from CASH to improve engineer efficiency
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proven experience of scheduling
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer focused
  • Proven record of working accurately to meet SLAs successfully
  • Strong level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
  • Commercial awareness
  • Proven ability to work within a continually changing environment
  • Experience working with maintenance planning software of CAFM systems (desirable)
  • Experience of Microsoft Query (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPS)
