Description

Alladale Wilderness Reserve lies in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, an Hour's drive north of Inverness, With a focus on nature restoration and re-wilding, Allandale's 23,000 acres of wild nature is coming back to life.

We host a large variety of family and specialist tour groups, who stay in our three fully catered lodges.

This is a rare opportunity as we are now seeking a cook/ assistant.

The position comes with a flat on site if required

Pay:
£27,500 with accommodation or £31,500 without.

The position is to work alongside our our existing cook/assistant planning and preparing meals for all three lodges.


We pride ourselves in using locally sourced produce, some from our own aquaponic gardens and delivering healthy and sustainable meals to our guests.


This is an exciting and rare opportunity to get involved with a growing hospitality business and Scotland's most innovative rewilding project.

Salary:
£31,500.00 per year
