A reputable Legal 500 law firm is currently looking for a talented Associate to join their highly regarded Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team.

The Opportunity:

Join a marketleading Financial Services Litigation team that boasts an impressive and diverse client base and whose expertise has been recognised by Chambers.
Work closely with engaging and knowledgeable Financial Services Litigation specialists, who will support you in continuously developing your expertise and progressing your career.
Enjoy a varied caseload of highquality contentious work for the team's key financial services clients which include the majority of the UK's major banks as well as building societies, mortgage lenders, and international banks.
Experience opportunities to be involved in the supervision of junior team members, to work alongside more senior members of the team on providing strategic and commercially minded legal advice, and to participate in business development activities.

You will have:

Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
26 years' PQE, although this is a guideline only and those with relevant experience who are outside this bracket are encouraged to apply.
Experience of running a caseload of litigation matters, with a strong understanding of the CPR and litigation process.
Experience of working on contentious matters in the financial services sector is desirable, but the firm is also keen to hear from those with a background in property litigation, commercial litigation, or insurance litigation.
A strong commercial acumen with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
