    Job Title: Operations Coordinator

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in London.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating and managing day-to-day operations of two busy project teams
    • Managing projects from commitment to practical completion
    • Preparing contract documents
    • Extensive diary management, attendance and minute taking at client meetings
    • Working alongside Graphic Designers to prepare pitch presentation documentation for Client pitches

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
    • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
    • Strong organisational and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Benefits:
