The role
Associate Director of Nursing Leadership RCN London with hybrid working 35 hours per week (1.0 FTE)

Salary range per annum:

Our academies are the thinktank behind our vision for nursing, set up amidst a profession in crisis. Almost every aspect of nursing needs fixing, and we'll be the organisation to help fix it. We'll set the standards and drive the vision, defining what outstanding nursing care is, does, and needs. It is for us, the RCN, to determine the solutions for nursing and deliver them. The Institute is the mechanism through which we'll do this.

The person
You will have post-graduate education at master's level. The role requires experience working at a strategic or national level with multi-professional groups.

You will be required to liaise and communicate with RCN members on all matters relating to Nursing and to be proactive in effective lobbying to ensure the voice of our members are heard.

Alongside involvement in internal and external national networks, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the RCN professional forums, fellows, committees and other members to provide professional expertise, shape standards, clinical guidance and develop resources to influence a wide spectrum of nursing care for a range of people and populations.
