I am currently looking for experienced Real Estate Paralegals to work for a Top Tier Law Firm in Central Manchester.

The Real Estate Paralegal position will include the following duties:

Playing an integral role within the Real Estate team supporting team members with a variety of activities.
Handling a caseload, filling, document management, drafting letters and correspondence, bundling and undertaking research.
Carrying out legal research on planning queries from local authorities and private sector clients.
Assisting the team with file management and administration tasks.
Assisting with planning due diligence
12 months experience within a busy property team.
Administration and ICT skills.
Strong organisiationl and communication skills, written and verbal.
