About the Employer
Lime Square Medical Centre is located close to Manchester City centre. The practice is situated in a modern purpose-built retail complex. All services are delivered on the first floor of the building with disabled access from the ground floor available. There is multiple parking available to patients.


The practice is part of a wider group called Beacon Medical Group, where local practices within the group, share learning and provide peer support.

They also have a standardised governance system in place.


Training will be delivered specifically by Tameside College in the workplace. Applications are handled by Tameside College directly. You will be interviewed at Tameside College first and if successful will then be directed to the employer.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer service practitioners are hugely influential in the delivery of a good customer experience and their satisfaction.
  • Show excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as strong product and/or service knowledge.
  • Provide service in line with customer service standards and strategy and understand regulatory requirements.
  • Dealing with customer conflict and challenge at times.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Part-time hours: 36 per week


Salary:
£4.81 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester, M11 1DA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
