Recruitment Consultant (Industrial Sector)

  • Up to £30K basic salary (depending on experience).
  • Generous commission structure paid at 8% above your monthly threshold.

The Agency
You will be joining at an exciting time in this agencys journey.

In under 4 years, they have grown to 3 branches, 22 staff, and £12M turnover as specialists in Industrial, Driving and Construction recruitment.

They are owner managed (by 1 person) and have built a hierachy and structure with Branh Managers and Senior Consultants.

The Head Office team in Leicester have outgrown their office suite, and they are currently moving into much bigger offices in the same building.

You will have an excellent chance to progress, earn high commissions, and be a key player in the companys goals toward to £20M turnover over the next couple of years.

Must have requirements for this role: UK driving licence with your own reliable transport (this role includes meeting clients onsite).

Previous client facing temporary staffing recruitment agency experience. Although not essential, previous Industrial recruitment experience may be an advantage.
