**IT Application Support (22-25K DOE) - Wigan**Helpdesk Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, IT Support, IT Technician, 1st Line, Support Analyst, Microsoft, Office 365, Windows, Azure, Desktop Support, Active Directory, Application Support, Zendesk, Freshdesk
The role will be mainly 1st line support of the company's bespoke Applications and hardware, delivering top class customer service, while also working closely with other team members to deliver projects.
We are looking for someone with a keen attitude and interest towards IT and Technology, with experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk etc).
Ideally you will have had some IT Support experience but if you're ambitious, have customer service experience,and are looking to take that first step in IT then feel free to also applySome of the benefits are:
