This is a 12-month part-time B2B marketing maternity role, offering hybrid working, ideally working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.


You'll be joining a leading technology solution partner based on the outskirts of Birmingham, who help organisations to implement business software and IT solutions to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Formed over 30 years ago, they have establisheda successful business built upon delivering quality in everything they do, operating with integrity and openness to build long term partnerships with their clients.

The role


You will help shape the company's go to market strategy; developing integrated marketing plans to hit objectives and budget; execute professional, successful tactical activity; and deliver analysis and insight to improve performance.

They advise, sell, implement,train, and support a wide range of software, offer up to date deployment solutions and support over 400 clients in major industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, not for profit and the service sector, as well as in niche markets.


You will research, understand, and monitor ideal customer profiles to develop strong, winning customer value propositions (CVP) and go-to-market plans.

In turn, you will maintain awareness & engagement through quarterly marketing plans in order to drivethe sales pipeline, that help wider company objectives.


You will also manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation technology in order to maximise performance and be responsible for creating content and building on the company's LinkedIn profile.

What we're looking for


We're looking for a marketer who's available from February, who has at least 3 years B2B marketing experience, and it would be very handy if you've gained this within software or IT solutions, but this isn't essential.


It's also important that you have a sound grasp of how to effectively drive campaigns from fruition to execution, and comfortable with CRM systems, content, website management & dealing with internal stakeholders.

What's on offer

Base salary - circa £18K p.a. based on 3 days per week (£30K full time rate) - depending upon experience. Part-time - up to 23 hours per week. 1-hour unpaid break each day. Hybrid working - 60/40 office/home.

25 days holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays. Pro rata for part time workers. Compulsory shut-down period at Christmas/New Year and a day off for your birthday, also free on-site parking.
