Customer Representative


As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our valued customers.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information and order placement.
  • Utilise phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions.
  • Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
From £23,088.05 per year
