We are proud to be recruiting for a CSCS Tutor for a full-time, permanent position in locations such as London, Liverpool, and Manchester.

Our client have been running for over 20 years supporting hundreds of thousands of individuals with knowledge, skills,and behaviours to inspire them to blossom in a career that they are passionate in.

They are growing their team and are looking for an experienced and qualified Construction Tutor to deliver their AEB courses specialising in the delivery of CSCS Health andSafety Introduction, it will be a blend of distance learning and traditional face-to-face delivery, therefore, are looking for someone that is IT literate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a CSCS Tutor, you will be responsible for:

Delivering AEB courses specialising in CSCS Health and Safety Introduction
Conducting online training for learners who want to complete an accredited qualification
Conduct initial assessments to identify the learners' strengths and weaknesses and provide appropriate actions
Train and motivate the learners to help them develop their potential and skills
Provide advice and guidance to the learners all throughout the course to support them in decisionmaking toward future goals
Ensure all the records are uptodate and accurate
