Requirements:


The Project Support Administrator is an individual with the expertise and experience required to support and assist with various administrative activities within the project management office function.

The Project Support Administrator will liaise directly with project managers, technical resources, Head of Delivery and where required the sales function to maximise efficiencies within the new CoreAzure delivery model within Methods TDSE portfolio.

A keen eye for detail, proactive management and timely completion of assigned tasks in line with project/portfolio deadlines is key to ensure project administrative actions are completed to the required specification.

  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce Main Duties of the Job
  • Administration of project Salesforce activities including but not limited to timecards, resource scheduling and forecasting.
  • Do to day engagement with project managers to ensure project metrics are kept up to date.
  • Assistance with bid administration including but not limited to Salesforce updates and collateral management.
  • Assistance in progress reports, documentation and presentations.
  • Identify internal and external resources to assist in delivering projects successfully.
  • Administration of the project pipeline planning and resource planning to maintain effective team utilisation.
  • Identify areas of improvement that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve Methods methodology to deliver high quality integrations.
  • All other duties as required.
