Sales Support Executive (Office Based)

Remarketing Team - Swindon, SN5 6PE

What happens to the vehicles when we have finished with them? We remarket them

About the role


Remarketing is a team who have a clear succession plan, they want you to build a solid career with us by gaining knowledge and expertise to move only the clear pathway of progression.


You will be support with many after sales duties, including V5 coordination, dispatching to the customer and ordering any missing items from the DVLA.

Working very closely with internal stakeholders including our account managers and business managers excellent communication skills are key. You will have a support network mind-set, offering team support where needed.


A passion for vehicles would of course be fantastic but we are fully equipped to provide full training, development and support to get you where you need to be.

We operate a hybrid working option that gives you up to 2 days working from home per week.

About you


We are looking for a Sales Support Executive for our Remarketing team at Arval UK, Swindon who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Used to taking ownership of all that comes your way whether it be a phone call from a motortrade customer, a request from an internal account manager or checking the reconciliation of payments.
