We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Account Coordinator based in Thetford.

The Role

Ensuring the client's staffing requirements are always met
Managing a temporary workforce
Responsible for weekly payroll, costs and KPI reports
Responsible for PPE distribution and management
Daily site attendance checks
Providing an outofhours telephone service for emergency purposes

Experience & Requirements

Experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage, although training will be provided
Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage
Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Full driving license is essential

Salary
Negotiable, depending on experience, with an attractive commission scheme
