Within this UK leading charity accounts outsourcing firm, c 45 staff this is an excellent opportunity to join at the Client Portfolio Manager level with the future potential to develop as a Director and help expand the business further


This innovative firm of work almost exclusively with the social enterprise and not for profit sector, providing outsourced finance solutions, providing a Finance Directors service for many clients, together with payroll, finance support, and management /statutory accounting services.


This varied role is responsible for a portfolio of Charity & not for profit clients where we provide an outsourced accounting service.

You will work for Senior Client Managers and the Director supporting them in providing excellent client service.


Overseeing the preparation of management accounts (becoming hands on where required) for a portfolio of clients where we provide a fully outsourced accounts function, including preparation of a supporting file and ensuring a complete understanding of theunderlying numbers, flagging areas of concern and judgement.

Attending Charity Board Meetings and In House Management Meetings

Managing your own portfolio and supervising Accounts Seniors and Trainees, in-house bookkeepers, overseeing preparation of draft client VAT returns and payroll for review preparing management accounts and management reporting

Preparation of draft statutory accounts / or supervision

Liaison with auditors and first point of contact for dealing with audit queries on a timely basis.

The role involves occasional travel to client sites, mainly in Central London. You will be making a real difference to the success of your clients and helping them achieve their goals.


You are a 2-4 years post qualified ACA / ACCA to current Supervisor level, with relevant outsourcing accounts experience working in an accountancy practice.

You must be keen to work with not for profits / social enterprises and some previous experience ishighly desirable.
