Motiv Trailers Ltd in Craven Arms, Shropshire are seeking an Accounts Administrator with an Accounts Management responsibility.Our busy accounts office is changing and evolving to be the cornerstone of our operation. Therefore we need a focused person to join out team and help with the companies onward development. Working alongside our sales and purchasing team. Reporting to the company Managing Director.
Daily duties will include:
- Managing Bank ,Card machine and cash reconciliations, either personally or directing junior staff
- Operating Sage accounts software to enter sales payments and maintain sales and purchase ledger accounts
- Formulating management account reports and basic cash flow forecasting for a growing organisation spread over three operating companies
- Maintaining fixed asset records
- Payrole, HMRC, Vat returns and Pension contributions for 18 staff. With some HR involvement
- Administrate information and monthly balance sheet work to enable the company accountants to make business plans and direct decisions.
Outline attributes required:
- Experience of working in a small/medium sized business
- Able to work with little day to day supervision but realistic enough to seek assistance when necessary
- A person who is capable of working with others successfully to create a pleasant working team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a small business environment where willingness to jump in and help is required
Salary guide below is based upon a 40hr working week for a person with a full ability set. Persons with less experience will be considered, Accounts department novices would not be suitable.
The working environment is a modern well equipped office separate from other colleagues.
