Band 3 Assistant Clinical Technologist

To work as an Assistant Clinical Technologist actively involved in all routine aspects of technical work required for imaging, non-imaging, and in-vitro laboratory duties.

They will assist the multidisciplinary team of qualified staff to ensure the provision of a high quality and efficient Nuclear Medicine Service.

The postholder will work to agreed departmental protocols and will rotate between the main nuclear medicine department, supporting in the acquisition of a range of routine patient images and also operating as an assistant in PET-CT.

The post holder will also be involved in performing a range of daily QC procedures throughout the department.
