Home based, one visit per month to the offices in Hampshire
An exciting new role within the consulting team to support in the strategic management of the team.


We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the strategic consulting proposition, ensuring that the team has the knowledge and skills needed to manage the strategic customer journey; to become the expert in market trends and drivers and establish our strategic consulting proposition.


Skills and Experience Required:


Someone who is able to establish themselves as a lead in the market, both internally and externally and can support in the strategic planning for the team.


  • In depth knowledge of the benefits market
  • The ability to lead and support change
  • Experience of working with a broad range of benefits, providers and benefit designs
  • Experience of managing a team
  • The ability to analyse information and establish your own view of the future of the market
  • Be comfortable promoting your views and the company proposition externally, as well as internally
  • Work with senior stakeholders across the business

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for ensuring the strategic consulting approach is embedded in the team, identifying additional training needs, designing the training and creating a roll out plan
  • Responsible for ensuring the team is up to speed with market trends and information from across the business
  • Identifying areas for improvement and new benefits that could be offered to our customers
  • Work with the VP of Customer Delivery to establish our Strategic Benefits proposition
  • Work with Marketing to contribute to and provide content, webinars, reports etc
  • Manage a portfolio of Major/Enterprise customers
  • People management of a group of Senior Consultants
  • Involvement in adhoc projects
Salary circa £85,000.00 per annum, plus benefits
