Role Overview:

As a driven, confident and resilient sales professional, you will take accountability for nurturing your leads, building your pipelines and exceeding your targets month on month.

Through outreach campaigns, speak to existing customer base to engage with the platform and upsell ENP Products, Apps and New Hardware.


Responsibilities:


  • Be at the forefront of new product launches, championing the new products/apps and educating the customer base on the new launches.
  • Work closely with the KYC Team and Saves Team to ensure any issues discovered when communicating with customers are resolved.
  • Liaise with KYC Team to ensure existing customer ENP purchases are completed smoothly, and book the integration call with the Integrations Team.
  • Work inbound calls, dial lists, reports and live chat to engage with customers.
  • Perform consistently
  • Respond to inbound leads submitted via the customers back office, app store and/or hardware store.

Requirements:


  • Selfsufficient and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of success within sales
  • Proactive personality with lots of personality and energy
