Better Placed are pleased to be working with a food production company in Manchester and they are looking for a Marketing Assistant 12 month FTC to join their Global team

This is the perfect role for a Grad who has had work experience or an internship.

The Role:As the Marketing Assistant, the main focus of this role is to develop and manage brand equity assets based on brand strategy and to articulate brand DNA

  • Supporting the Brand Manager with the delivery of the 5 year brand growth plan and report and track against KPI's
  • Supporting the Brand Manager to monitor and track global brand health measurement within the business, create and report your findings to the Brand Manager
  • Contribute to the development of a global insight driven annual brand plan through collaboration and consolidation of regional market input
  • Support the Brand Manager with the maintenance of brand guidelines and creation of supporting brand toolkits for both trade and consumer brand activation across all consumer touchpoints
  • Maintain and update global brand and corporate websites, B Corp and corporate communications and global brand assets
  • Updating of the global marketing budgets raising Pos, tracking spends and invoice processing

The Person:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Understanding of brand development and activation within
    FMCG
  • Ability to analyse results which can be sued to come up with suitable solutions that can solve brand related issues
