Overview:

Responsibilities:

Resolving technical issues or escalating to relevant members of the IT team
Ownership of a call, ensuring you are keeping colleagues fully informed of progress

Required Experience:

Active Directory (managing user accounts within AD)
MS Exchange (management of user accounts, 'how do I' support advice, access requests)
MS Office ('how do I' support advice, basic trouble shooting)
Some hardware breakfix

Miscellaneous:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
22 days holiday + statutory
