Overview:


This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a very well respected Legal 500 Law firm where there are many opportunities to learn and progress your career.


Responsibilities:


  • Resolving technical issues or escalating to relevant members of the IT team
  • Ownership of a call, ensuring you are keeping colleagues fully informed of progress

Required Experience:


  • Active Directory (managing user accounts within AD)
  • MS Exchange (management of user accounts, 'how do I' support advice, access requests)
  • MS Office ('how do I' support advice, basic trouble shooting)
  • Some hardware breakfix

Miscellaneous:


  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
  • 22 days holiday + statutory
