Senior Construction Manager

£55K - £65K + Package


Fawkes & Reece are working alongside a Tier 1 Main Contracting client of ours with requirements for an Experienced Senior Construction Manager in the Midlands.


The Client


Our Client is a leading tier 1 main contractor who offers a diverse portfolio covering commercial, industrial, residential and retail projects.

They are dedicated to not only providing quality service but also the personal and professional development ofeach employee.


The Role


Managing the project from set out through to completion across projects, coordinating multiple teams of direct and indirect labour to achieve project budget, deadline and specification.

You will report directly to the Project Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Monitoring team and site performance in accordance with targets
  • Support and uphold the company Health & Safety mission
  • Completion of regular site safety checks, toolbox talks and site inductions
  • Maintain project build schedule and budget
  • Attend and chair regular senior management review meetings

Skills and experience

  • 10 years experience of managing projects with a value of above £10M for a Tier 1 Contractor
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Experience managing projects in at least 1 of the commercial, industrial and retail projects
  • Good It skills, including knowledge of outlook, word and excel
