We are looking to recruit a Learning Technologist on a full time permanent basis.

This position sits within our Technology & Delivery team and we are flexible on the location of this role as we operate a hybrid working model.


The Job
Reporting to the Head of Technology & Delivery, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues that arise for all technology products within Learning & Commercial, working with our suppliers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Carry out functional and acceptance testing as part of any product upgrades or patching
  • Working with the LMS Technologist as required to ensure timely delivery of any course deliverables
  • Working with ACCA colleagues and external parties to identify areas of innovation and help to develop the technology roadmap for Learning & Commercial
  • Implement new tools, processes and solutions to improve our offerings this could be as part of a project team or working individually.

The Person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in working with learning technologies or similar either as a system administrator or developer
  • Has an understanding of Identity Access Management technologies, including Open Connect (OIDC) and SAML
  • Has experience of working with cloud enabled technologies, ideally hosted in AWS or MS Azure cloud would be beneficial
  • Possess a good understanding of delivering products using mobile technologies
  • Has some experience of eCommerce solutions
  • Is a good documentation skills to ensure a full set of configuration and operational procedures exist and are maintained at all times
  • Is able to work with mínimal supervision strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to ensure agreed deadlines are met
  • Is a good communicator that's able to work well as part of a team.
