Are you a Procurement expert with a passion for driving efficiency and improving quality? We're seeking a highly motivated Procurement Business Partner to join our team and provide senior procurement support to the prestigious Barclays account across the UK and Channel Islands.
As our Procurement Business Partner, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement exciting opportunities that will help drive efficiency, improve quality and compliance, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.
You'll have the chance to make a real impact by using your expertise to shape and influence procurement strategy, whilst working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships and making a positive impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Identify opportunities across the Barclays account to drive improved efficiency, quality, innovation and customer service and work closely with the account team to implement
- Lead the successful mobilisation of new suppliers into the Barclays account, ensuring all compliance and assurance requirements are met and the solution meets the Client's needs
- Act as the link between the Barclays account team and Procurement to ensure strategies and objective remain aligned
- Ensure ISS continue to meet all Barclays supplier assurance requirements
- Support the rebate management programme to deliver maximise benefit to ISS
- Drives Contract Management & Risk Mitigation minimising ISS and Barclays operational and financial exposure by ensuring and securing complete and favourable contractual terms & conditions for all contracted agreements
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Extensive and proven experience in Procurement typically 5+ years
- Degree educational background
- Professional certification CIPS and/or MBA are highly desirable
- Strong business acumen, with strong knowledge of P2P business models and sourcing approaches or techniques necessary to achieve best in class
- Strong change management capability with demonstrable results
- Supplier Relationship Management experience
