This AHT will be 2 terms completely non class based to get things up and running and then will be class teacher from September 2023 with management time.


  • Early Years and Key Stage 1 lead
  • Overseeing RWI phonics
  • Standard of teaching and learning for Key Stage
  • Responsibility for English
  • 2 terms completely non class based to get things up and running and then will be class teacher from September 23 with management time and PPA
To be eligible for this role you need to;

  • Have UK QTS
  • Experience in a leadership role is preferable but not essential
  • Proven track record of excellent classroom practice
  • Preferably experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, successfully leading school improvement and raising standards
  • Also open to ambitious, solution focused and dynamic Teachers who are looking to step up into an Assistant Headship position
