Home based, one visit per month to the offices in Hampshire
An exciting new role within the consulting team to support in the operational management of the team.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our processes, ensuring that the team has the knowledge and skills needed to deliver to customers and drive efficiency.


Skills & Experience Required:


Someone who has strong knowledge of the consultancy processes involved in producing and documenting benefits designs, information and data to enable successful configuration of benefits and reward platforms, and is able to identify and implement improvements.


  • In depth knowledge of consultancy and design processes
  • The ability to lead and support change
  • Experience of managing a team
  • The ability to analyse information and data and identify areas of improvement
  • Have an appreciation of the commercial impact of change
  • Work with and influence stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to identify and implement new systems to support and automate process improvements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for reviewing our processes and identifying areas of improvement, including automating
  • Identifying additional training needs, designing the training and creating a roll out plan
  • Responsible for ensuring the team is fully aware of, and adhere to our processes
  • Liaising with other teams across the business to understand the full impact of change
  • People management of a group of Senior Consultants
  • Support the roll out of new products
Salary £75, £85,000.00 per annum plus benefits
